I've not yet received my magazine
The hard copy of the magazine is usually dispatched 2 weeks after the pre-release. If it has been more than 3 weeks since your order and you have still not received your magazine please drop us an email or message on Instagram and we will see how we can assist you.
When do I get my digital view
The digital view is usually sent out within 5 working days of placing your order. You will receive an email with the link and special password to access the magazine. Sometimes our email might end up in your junk email so please check your spam too! It if has been more than 5 working days and you have still not received an email please contact us on email or Instagram.
